Clear Sightlines
Hyper-vigilance is exhausting. We designed the layout to eliminate "blind corners." From almost any seat, you have a clear view of the entrance and the exits, allowing your nervous system to stand down.
Safety isn't just a feeling; it's a structure. Every corner, light, and chair in our shop was chosen based on the principles of Trauma-Informed Care.

Trauma steals choice; we give it back. Whether you need a "protected back" (a seat against the wall) or a communal table to engage, you choose your level of interaction.
Loud, sharp noises can trigger startle responses. We use sound-dampening materials and softer textiles to keep the ambient noise warm and "humming," rather than chaotic.
Connection to nature reduces cortisol levels. We integrate living plants and natural wood textures to ground the space visually and biologically.
Lighting affects biochemistry. Standard fluorescent office lights (4000K+) can increase anxiety.
We use 2700K (Warm White) exclusively. This spectrum mimics sunset and firelight, signaling to the brain that it is safe to rest and digest.
