The Bridge @ Overland serves as an Active Reintegration Runway. By utilizing the upper floors of the Lenox Building, we are creating a high-support living environment supported by HUD and State assistance. This sanctuary is designed to be a low-friction, secure harbor where survivors of trauma can stabilize their surroundings and gather the momentum needed to launch into permanent, independent housing.

• Goal-Oriented Stays: Focused on short-to-medium term stabilization (1-6 months) to ensure a successful launch.
• HUD & State Funded: Leveraging existing government vouchers to remove financial barriers while residents rebuild.
• Trauma-Informed Layout: Using clear sightlines and acoustic dampening to actively lower cortisol and support neurodivergent recovery.

True stabilization requires resolving the complex "weights" that lead to housing insecurity. We connect our residents with an elite network of on-site professional partners to ensure their next move is their last move.
