The Runway to Resilience
The Bridge @ Overland serves as an Active Reintegration Runway. We are transforming our upper floors into a high-support living environment supported by HUD and State assistance. This sanctuary is designed to be a low-friction, secure harbor where survivors of trauma in any form can find a safe space to breathe, stabilize their surroundings, and gather the momentum needed to transition into permanent, independent housing.
- Goal-Oriented Stays: Focused on short-to-medium term stabilization (1-6 months) to ensure a successful launch into permanent residency.
- HUD & State Funded: Leveraging existing government vouchers to remove the financial burden of housing while residents rebuild.
- Trauma-Informed Layout: Using clear sightlines and acoustic dampening to actively lower cortisol and support neurodivergent recovery.
